Episode Description
What helped you in the early stages of betrayal recovery might not be what you need today. As healing progresses, the needs of each partner and the relationship naturally change. In this episode, we explore why couples sometimes feel stuck even when they're doing everything they've been told to do, and how recognizing the different stages of recovery can help you understand what you actually need next.
We also discuss why outgrowing certain recovery tools, groups, or approaches can be a healthy sign of progress, how to navigate transitions when partners are moving at different speeds, and why lasting healing requires continually reassessing what's working. Recovery isn't about repeating the same work indefinitely. It's about finding the right support for the season you're in so you can keep growing individually and together.
