Not at all. While I specialize in helping couples heal after betrayal, I also work with couples and individuals on a variety of challenges. I treat trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), help couples using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and support clients dealing with anxiety, family issues, relationship struggles, and more. Healing is always possible. Every person and every couple has the capacity to grow, learn, and create change when there’s safety, honesty, and a genuine commitment to the process.

Reconciliation is a different outcome. Not every relationship will, or should, stay together. My focus is on helping each person heal first, because when healing happens, it creates the foundation for reconciliation to become possible if both partners want it.

The goal isn’t to force an outcome. The goal is to build a relationship grounded in safety, honesty, truth, and respect—where both people can live and love with integrity.

Every story is different, but most people begin noticing small shifts within weeks as they practice new tools for honesty, empathy, and emotional safety.

Courageous Together is designed for both partners to participate, even if you’re in different places emotionally or in the program itself. Each of you has your own track and pace, but you’ll still move forward together as a couple—learning how to rebuild safety, trust, and connection step by step.

You can still begin your healing. The program gives you structure, community, and support to grow individually while creating the best chance for relational healing when your partner is ready to join.

Most programs focus on one partner or one issue. Courageous Together holds both partners in the process by helping the betrayed partner feel safe and seen while guiding the recovering partner to accountability and empathy. It’s an in-depth roadmap that keeps both people supported as they rebuild trust and connection at their own pace.
